We've got Serious Beef and we're vocal about being local - especially when it comes to our steaks. We pride ourselves on working with local butchers ABR Fine Foods. ABR Fine Foods are one of the first butchers in Glasgow to support the hospitality trade since 1953. They use the finest cuts of grass fed UK and Scotch Beef, aged for a minimum of 35 Days on UK and 45 Days Dry Aged on Scotch. All of their steaks and products are hand cut just as they were in 1953
Our Ingredients
We use locally sourced produce for each and every dish on our menu. Our produce is all from local farms and we are proud to specialise in locally grown seasonal vegetables.
The butter featured on our menu is from just 15 miles away in Fintry and our eggs are from just up the road. All our seafood is sourced fresh by John Vallance the seafood experts. Here at Chateau-x we're proud about our produce!
