Here at Chateau X we pride ourselves in only using the top 2% of market in terms of quality.

We work with both John Gilmour Butchers and Cairnhill Farms, two multi-award winning butchers located within Scotland.

John Gilmour Butchers have been in the business for over 75 years and are multi award winning. Based in Macmerry on the east coast of Scotland, John Gilmour butchers exclusively use grass fed and UK bred beef for a sustainable and top quality product.

Cairnhill farms are located in the Girvan Valley in the heart of Ayrshire. Their beef herd is mainly Angus and Limousin and the cuts from these prime cuts are bursting with flavour gained from their sustainable grass fed diet.
