By making a reservation at Chateau-X, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure that we can provide the best possible dining experience for all our guests.
Cancellations & No-Shows
A £15+ per person charge will apply for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking time.
A significant reduction in party size (more than two guests) made within 24 hours of the booking may also result in a £15 per person charge for the missing guests.
Booking & Table Policies
All bookings are subject to availability, and we encourage early reservations to secure your preferred time.
We kindly request that all guests arrive on time for their booking. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more without prior notice may result in the table being released.We may request a pre-order for large group bookings to ensure the best service and dining experience.We reserve the right to allocate tables at our discretion based on availability and party size. While we do our best to accommodate requests, specific table locations cannot be guaranteed.
Payment & Service Charge
A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to all bills.
We operate a cashless payment system and accept card payments only.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
You are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking or as soon as possible before your visit. While we take great care in preparing our food, we cannot guarantee that dishes are free from allergens due to shared kitchen facilities.
Private Hire & Large Party Bookings
Events and private bookings may be subject to separate terms, including minimum spend requirements or deposits. These will be confirmed at the time of booking.Any significant amendments to guest numbers must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Restaurant Policies
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other guests.
We operate a smart-casual dress code and kindly ask guests to dress appropriately for their dining experience.
