The star of the show is our 28-Day Dry-Aged Chateaubriand, a beautifully tender cut designed to be shared. Looking for something even more extravagant? Elevate your experience with our Dry-Ager Cuts, including the Tomahawk and Porterhouse, aged in-house for unparalleled flavour.
